Four small steps from your first message to your child’s first morning with us. We will walk you through each one.
From first hello to first day
Send an enquiry
Tell us your child’s age and the days and hours you need. We reply with current availability — usually the same day.
Visit the home
Come and see the classrooms, meet our team, and ask everything you want to ask. We would always rather you visit before you decide.
Complete the paperwork
Health records, emergency contacts and parental consent forms are completed before your child’s first day, as Virginia licensing requires.
Confirm the start date
The registration fee secures the space, and we agree a start date together. Then we get ready to welcome your little one.
What we will need from you
Virginia licensing asks for all of this before a child’s first day. We will give you the forms and help you through them.
- Completed enrollment and emergency contact forms
- Up-to-date health records and immunisation history
- Written parental consents
- Any allergies, dietary needs or health conditions in writing
- Written list of adults authorised to collect your child
